Like the competition, Tesla regularly updates its catalog. It even allows itself to do so more often than others. Today, its range includes four vehicles: the Model 3, the Model Y, the Model S and the Model X. It is sometimes difficult to find your way around. This guide will help you see things more clearly.
In the electric mobility segment, Tesla is a very, very important manufacturer because of its technological lead over others and its bold communication. Sometimes difficult to follow and understand, the American company regularly updates its catalog according to the products it announces and/or modifies to better establish itself in a constantly evolving market. Long positioned at the top of the range, Tesla has redistributed the cards by launching the more affordable Model 3, which underwent a makeover in September 2023. Then, the company launched the Model Y, another huge success that should continue in 2025 with the release of the new Model Y Juniper.
Models disappear, names change, options are removed, equipment is modified, prices are revised, performances are improved… From one month to the next, the Model 3, Model S, Model Y and Model X ranges are being shaken up. And since Tesla often changes its sales policy, it is time to clarify what you can really buy and, above all, for how much. Note that the company has decided to regularly increase the price of Autopilot, since it receives new features.
Since 2024, Teslas are no longer entitled to the ecological bonus due to their production in China. However, there is an exception for the Model Y which continues to benefit from the bonus.
Tesla Model 3

Exterior Customization of the Tesla Model 3
As standard, the Model 3 is available in multi-layer pearl white. But you can opt for another color. For €1,300, you can have Ultramarine Blue Metallic, Solid Black or Stealth Gray. For €2,000, there is Ultra Red or Quicksilver.
As for the rims, you can replace the 18-inch ones with 19-inch Novas (+ €1,190), which will reduce the range (513 km for the standard version). Tesla also gives the option of adding Pirelli Sottozero 3 winter tires for an additional €1,785 on the bill.
It is also possible to add a tow bar, for €1,350 and 1,000 kilograms of towing capacity.
Note that the new Model 3s feature satin black turn signal repeaters, door handles and exterior trim strips.

Customizing the interior of the Tesla Model 3
The interior of the Model 3 is well equipped: heated vegetable leather seats, a high-end audio system, a glass roof and premium connectivity (for one year). If you feel like it, you can switch from black to white for €1,190.
In its most recent version, the Model 3 has received a few additions to the interior: double glazing everywhere for soundproofing, ambient lighting, ventilated (and still heated) seats and an additional screen in the rear. Tesla has also removed the stalks – a decision that is causing a stir. The audio equipment varies depending on the version: 16 speakers and 2 amplifiers for the Long Range, 9 speakers and 1 amplifier for the standard version. The Model 3 is also equipped with a charging station at the front, capable of filling the battery of two compatible phones at the same time. There are also three USB-C ports (one at the front, two at the back).
For the connection, Tesla divides it into two subscriptions: standard (free) and premium (free for one month, then €9.99 per month).
Autopilot
On April 11, 2019, Tesla decided to make Autopilot standard equipment, meaning that it is integrated into all models. This is the old basic pack corresponding to the first level of assistance (braking, acceleration and steering in some cases).
On February 5, 2021, Tesla decided to split its paid pack into two levels. We now find the ‘Enhanced Autopilot’, at €3,800, and the ‘Fully autonomous driving capability’, at €7,500.
Thus, the ‘Enhanced Autopilot’ combines:
Navigation with Autopilot: assistance with driving from the merge lane to the motorway exit (including on interchanges and to overtake slower vehicles);
Automated lane changes on the motorway;
Automatic parallel parking
au and in battle;
Automatically exit a parking space.
The ‘Fully Self-Driving Capability’ pack adds more advanced features, some of which will only arrive later. It will give you 100% autonomous driving, when it becomes available — knowing that Europe restricts the benefits of Autopilot for safety reasons.

Note that the Model Y will be replaced in 2025 by a new version, called “Juniper”. Its design will change completely compared to the old one, with a sportier look and a light signature that is reminiscent of the Cybertruck. Inside, a switch for the turn signals will make a return, while the vehicle will offer increased autonomy. However, this new version will also be accompanied by an increase in its price.
In the meantime, here is everything you need to know about the version currently marketed by Tesla.
